Grace Reynolds

Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, holding an MA in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and an MA in Food Studies from NYU.

Since 2019, I have seen couples and individuals in private practice. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) — experiential, attachment-based approaches to building stronger relationships with yourself and others.

I do this work because I love it. I've always been drawn to understanding people's inner worlds, and I'm terrible at small talk — I'd rather get to the heart of things: your vulnerabilities, your passions, your truths. If you want a therapist who sits back and nods, I'm not it. I'm human, you're human, and the only real option is to be human together — relating, exploring, staying curious about what you bring in. In that spirit of collaboration, we work to untangle your painful relationship patterns and shift them toward something more honest, vulnerable and connected.
